Tagliatelle is a long, ribbon-shaped pasta that is similar to fettuccine. This is a slow dried Sicilian tagliatelle.

Cooking Wholewheat Tagliatelle
Tagliatelle works really well in a “spaghetti and meatballs” dish because it pairs well with chunky sauces and makes it easier to plate.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.

Highly recommend this tagliatelle, very tasty and has a lovely firm texture when cooked not all all slimy like some of the other brands.
This tagliatelle is very easy and quick to cook and doesn't stick together in the pan. It also tastes very nice.
