Very simply, once you've decanted your food from our bags, simply return them to us using the prepaid envelope provided.

When we receive the bags back, we clean them using state-of-the-art laboratory-grade cleaning technology.

Receive them at your door

We deliver nationwide via Royal Mail and locally on push bike. You’re also welcome to collect from our shop.

Our returnable bags are made from plastic (say what?!). This is a primary reason our system is the most sustainable reuse solution in the world. You can find out why on Our Packaging page.

Once you're done with our packaging, simply return it in the prepaid envelope provided.

Please don't wash the bags - we do that regardless of how clean they appear - it's a waste of water!
