Allergens

As a bulk foods store, despite going above and beyond our Five-Star Food Hygiene and Organic Certification, the presence of allergens is inevitable.

Sacks of food products containing allergens are opened and closed on a daily basis as we scoop and pack into smaller bags for customers.

We use separate scoops for each product and store each product separately in their own containers.

However, the products containing allergens are not stored, or packed, in a self-contained area.

This means that all products may contain traces of other allergens due to cross-contamination.

If you suffer from a food allergy, especially a severe allergy, we would recommend that you do not shop with us.
