This month, through our friends at Caravela, we’ve sourced an exquisite coffee from Colombia called Los Naranjos (“the orange trees”). This cup is bursting with flavours of Orange, Strawberry & Honey and makes a wonderful filter coffee.

Description

Specialty Coffee Beans

Los Naranjos is a fantastic representation of washed coffee from Huila - bursting with fruity and creamy flavours. Expect a juicy mix of red fruits like strawberry and redcurrant, paired with tropical notes of orange and papaya.

A sweet finish of milk chocolate and caramel is beautifully layered with sparkling lemonade acidity and a nectar-like aftertaste.

These beans are roasted by our neighbours and are supplied in a closed-loop system which means the tubs in which it is supplied to us are collected and reused. And because it's so local, we do this on a push bike!

Storage

Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, cool, dry place. A cabinet near the oven is often too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun.

To keep the great flavour, use within 1 month. The coffee will keep for up to 6 months but the flavour won't be as good. See best before date.
