As well as being high in protein, this sunflower mince is also high in fibre, contains zero fat and is free-from soya and gluten.
As well as being made from a simple, nutritious ingredient this pea mince is bucking the trend for plant-based meat substitutes to be overpacked in single-use plastic and presented like meat in a fridge.
Not only is this mince supplied in reusable packaging, it also rehydrates to three times its original size!

Love this sunflower mince. Easy protein for veggie chillis and bolognaise.
Absolutely love sunflower mince, it’s so versatile. I use it for lasagne, dan dan noodles etc.

Whatever I’m making, I pour boiling water over the mince, and leave it for 10 mins before I use it. You can just add it to a sauce, but I have always done this, and it works every time.
It has so much more protein per gram than any meat, and there is no gristle bits!! Give it a go.
Almost impossible to find but a great base for a chilli or bolognese sauce,
This is a great alternative to regular mince in a stew or bolognese. Works perfect in terms of texture and taste. I doubt anyone would be able to tell - chefs and sommeliers excluded.
