What are Dried Cranberries?
Cranberries are a red, tart berry. These cranberries are sliced and then infused in an apple juice solution.
Then the cranberries are dried and sprayed very lightly with sunflower oil. No sugar, preservative, flavouring or colouring is added.

Try adding dried cranberries to smoothies, salads, cereals, cookies, breads and trail mix. They can act as a direct replacement for raisins or any dried fruit.
Dried cranberries are also a great addition to couscous and chickpea salads. Just add equal amounts of couscous and cooked chickpeas (say 3 cups), 2 chopped onions, 2 cups of spinach, 1 cup crumbled/grated cheese of your choice, 1 chopped red onion, ¾ cup dried cranberries and ½ cup chopped pecans. Toss together with some vinaigrette and enjoy.
Dried cranberries are also delicious on their own but these ones are very sticky, which makes them a little messy... Indulge with caution!

My Yoyo cranberries are the best ever. I put them in everything, cereal, coleslaw, curries... I just love how juicy and tasty they are.
