These pea chunks are is an ideal replacement for meals where you traditionally have chunks of meat like stews, casseroles and curries.

How To Cook Pea Chunks
These chunks need to be rehydrated for 10 minutes at a ratio of 3/1 (boiling liquid/chunks) before adding it to your meal.
I would recommend rehydrating in something delicious (our Organic Vegetable Bouillon is perfect) but it can also be done in just water.

These pea flour chunks have a lovely texture and soak up flavours very efficiently. Great cooked up with tamari and smoked paprika.
Great in casserole and stir-fry
Nice change to tvp but chunks once hydrated are quite delicate and can fall apart if stir the dish. Also a lot of pea dust in the bag which obviously isn't useable.
Hi David, we remove all the dust when packing and use it ourselves but as these pieces are fragile, inevitably there is further breakdown during delivery. However, I can confirm the dust and fragments can be used like mince as it still rehydrates, expands and tastes delicious. Thanks, Mitch
