Coat, crumb, crust, top, fill and bind with our pea-powered, free from essential.
It makes deliciously crispy recipes and is fantastic for fried foods thanks to its light, flaky quality which absorbs less oil during the frying process.

How To Cook Panko Breadcrumbs
Prepare what you wish to coat so it has flat surfaces available. Aim of a cooking time of 30 minutes to a good crisp. Mix 8 tablespoons of flour with 180ml water and some salt onto a lipped plated. Place the panko on another plate.
Cover both sides of whatever you're cooking with the flour batter, shake off excess, and press onto the panko to coat. Bake on both sides (with a little oil for extra crisp!)

We always have found that the quality of the gluten free panko bread crumbs provided has been very good and recommended.
These crumbs make the best haddock coated dish, love that they are packed in a reusable bag and not plastic, the bag is posted back free of charge for repurposing
Great product. Would highly recommended the Gluten free panko breadcrumbs. Really tasty. Have used for both fish and chicken. I have yet to test it on a Parma, but I’m sure they will be lovely.
