Made from a few simple ingredients - including a secret homemade curry powder - this oil has depth, smoke and just the right amount of spice.

The story of Yok’s chilli oil begins in the 1980s, when her husband was polishing off a jar of Chinese chilli every three days. To keep up with his fiery appetite — and save a little money — Yok decided to make her own.
Fast forward to 2012: her son shared a bottle with his housemates, and their minds were blown. Word spread quickly, and what began as a family staple soon gained a cult following.
Today, Yok’s chilli oil is still lovingly made in small batches. Grab a jar while you can — once it’s gone, it’s gone.
Drizzle it over pizza, swirl it through scrambled eggs, toss with pasta or noodles… truth be told, there isn’t much it doesn’t love.
Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Shallots, Dried Chillies (9%), Garlic, Salt, Lemon Juice, Spices, Homemade Curry Powder (Rice, Spices).
