Whilst Furikake is traditionally used to season rice, and it does a very good at that, it has much more to offer.
Furikake is a creation seasoning on noodles, white fish and can transform greens like broccoli and cabbage with just a pinch!
Furikake is also great at brunch, as a garnish and on top of avos!
