Exfoliating Sea Salt Hand Scrub Recipe
Sea salt exfoliates by removing dead skin cells so that new, smoother skin cells can take their place. If you have sensitive skin, just replace the sea salt with brown sugar.
Mix 1 cup of sea salt with ½ cup of melted coconut oil, then add 5-7 drops of essential oil (I like to use a citrus one), mix again and store in an airtight container. Rub a coin size amount on your hands and rinse off. You should quickly notice the difference!
