This is Pennette, a smaller version of penne, made from wheat grown on family-run farms, each pennette embodies the passion and care that has been passed down through generations. With its slightly shorter, ridged shape, this pennette captures sauces beautifully, making it perfect for everything from hearty ragu to vibrant vegetable medleys.

Penne means "pen" in Italian and is one of the most popular pasta shapes.
Pennette is a (much) shorter and thinner version of Penne. Each piece of Pennette pasta is only 2 cm (approximately).
Add pasta to a large open pan of boiling salted water, simmer for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain & serve.
