What Is Organic Soya Mince?
This Organic Soya mince, is bucking the alt-meat trend by not containing any processed ingredients. It's made from organic soya beans (and that's it!) grown in France.
Textured vegetable protein (TVP), as it's also commonly known, is easy to cook with and fits into many dishes. Plus, because TVP can be stored in your cupboard, it is a great staple to have lying about when you can’t quite be bothered to go to the shops!

How To Cook Organic Soya Mince
Organic soya mince needs to be rehydrated and reconstituted before being used. To do this, use either vegetable broth/stock or hot water.
Because TVP doesn’t have much flavour of its own, it is the perfect vehicle for any flavour you wish to add to it.
If the recipe you are making already contains a lot of liquid, such as stews or chillis, you can just add our TVP straight in and it will soak up liquid whilst cooking.
