What Are Organic Soya Chunks ?
These Organic Soya Chunks, are bucking the alt-meat trend by not containing any processed ingredients. They're made from organic soya beans (and that's it!) grown in France.
Textured vegetable protein (TVP), as it's also commonly known, is easy to cook with and fits into many dishes. Plus, because TVP can be stored in your cupboard, it is a great staple to have lying about when you can’t quite be bothered to go to the shops!

How To Cook Organic Soya Chunks
Before cooking, these chunks need to be rehydrated and reconstituted first. To do this, use either vegetable broth/stock or hot water.
Because TVP doesn’t have much flavour of its own, it is the perfect vehicle for any flavour you wish to add to it.
If the recipe you are making already contains a lot of liquid, such as stews, you can just add our TVP straight in and it will soak up liquid whilst cooking.
