Stir fry them with vegetables and a Pad Thai sauce, make a delicious asian noodle salad or add them to soups for a quick and satisfying meal. They can also be used as a gluten free alternative to wheat pasta.
Soak in freshly boiled water for 10 minutes or in cold water for 30 minutes.
For soups: Add the softened noodles to the soup and simmer.
