How To Use

How To Use Bicarbonate Of Soda For Cleaning

  • For boosting laundry, add 2 tbsp to the machine drawer.
  • For hard surface cleaning, mix 1:100 in water.
  • For absorbing odours, sprinkle and leave for 20 mins before wiping (i.e. bins, fridges, containers etc) or vacuuming (i.e. carpet, car seats etc)
  • It's slightly abrasive so it's great for scrubbing down kitchen counters and other surfaces.
  • Baking soda also works well to unclog sinks. Sprinkle a few teaspoons down the drain and splash some white vinegar on top. It will fizz up and clean the pipes, often removing clogs at the same time.
  • One tablespoon of Bicarbonate Of Soda with half a cup of water makes an excellent exfoliator.
