How To Cook

How To Cook Bulgur Wheat

You can use bulgur in salads (think tabbouleh) or pilafs, alongside herbs, vegetables, spices and sometimes other grains. It can also be used as a base for breakfast-style porridges with oats, or in soups, stews, chilli and stuffing.
