Colada Coffee
Carlos Mejia, an engineer, also known as Chollo, was born and raised among coffee plantations in Tutule, and today is the driving force behind the operations of CONEXH. They are a five-generation family business dedicated to the production of coffee, owning 10 farms located in the emblematic Montecillos Sierra.
Together with CONEXH our friends at Volcafe have access to around 40 producers of the area, who are dedicated to producing exceptional specialty coffees.
So whether you're brewing your morning filter or treating yourself to an afternoon cup, this honey-processed Honduran coffee delivers something special.
Expect creamy coconut and rich cocoa nibs up front, all wrapped around the cool, juicy sweetness of ripe honeydew melon. A smooth, indulgent coffee that's as comforting as it is moreish.

Storage
Storage
Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light.
Store in an air tight container in a dark, cool, dry place. A cabinet near the oven is often too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun.
To keep the great flavour, use within 1 month. The coffee will keep for up to 6 months but the flavour won't be as good. See best before date.
